Mike Parker, Minster Cleaning's MD has been reflecting on 2014's trade now that the final figures have been collated. Mike says, "2014 was a great year where the network grew by over 7.7% to finish with an annualised turnover of £33M our highest ever in 33 years of trade. Many of our competitors struggle to achieve consistent growth in what many would perceive to be a low growth mature marketplace. This growth reflects the hard work put in by our Franchisees and their teams with our end customers at their premises. The growth also underlines the valuable support offered by our Head Office team to enable our Franchise Partner to deliver what they do. Individually, we have seen branches grow by up to 40% in a few cases, which just shows what can be achieved when the overall UK economy continues to experience flat growth overall."
Mike goes on to comment, "I am particularly pleased that we have welcomed two new Franchisee partners into the Minster Franchise business during the year which has also enabled us to establish a new territory alongside an existing area. 2014 has also seen the launch of our new CRM database which has been up and running for a few months, so I look forward to our Marketing team being able to analyse results from our prospect contact strategies in 2015."
