James Lofthouse, franchisee of Minster Cleaning Services Sheffield, has been shortlisted as a Finalist in the bfa/HSBC Franchisee of the Year Awards. A big congratulation to James and all his team!
James is a finalist in the Customer Focus category. According to the bfa, this category is for franchisees that go above and beyond their commitment to deliver the best customer experience in B2B and B2C businesses. James is yet to present his case to a panel of judges and results will be announced at the Awards Ceremony which will be held on 28th June at the ICC Birmingham.
We would like to wish James and his team all the very best in winning their category.
