Minster Franchise’s MD Mike Parker says “Looking back over October, for Minster Franchise, it was a very busy month and for all the right reasons”.
“We have just held our latest network conference which was attended by nearly all our Franchise branches from all over the UK and there were plenty of hot topics to update the business about. The principal project, which is generating the most interest, is our new national CRM database. We have prospect information up and running for a good number of branches, with plans well developed to bring in customer and staff data in later phases. The network is keen to find out more.”
Mike goes on to say “These meeting always provide an energy boost for my team. Our Franchisees are growing their businesses very well at the moment and my support team at Head Office has to ensure we are providing the right tools to help them sustain this growth.”
He also comments, “In another area of our business, resales, Minster is receiving some good interest in the small number of Franchise businesses we have up for sale. We have a number of existing Franchisees who are looking, for example, to sell up and retire. Our businesses make great opportunities for new people to come in and buy a sound business (so much better than starting your own business) at a relatively low multiple in the current market.”
