"Resales are a fact of life in any franchise organisation," says Minster Cleaning Services Managing Director, Mike Parker: "It is only natural that franchisees will want to move on or retire at some stage and when they do, we want to help them to capitalise on their hard work by getting the very best possible return on their investment. Jonathan Wright is hoping to move back to the midlands when he sells his South Wales franchise which is currently on the market at £134,995 through Franchise Resales Limited. He joined Minster Cleaning Services in 2003 and the branch currently has an annual turnover of around £440,000; both turnover and net profits grew in 2011 despite the UK still being in the grip of one of the worst ever economic downturns.

Jonathan learned about Minster from an article in Business Franchise magazine when he returned to the UK after working in the Japanese industrial cleaning market for eight years.
