That's the conclusion of Minster Franchise's MD Mike Parker who has just returned from his latest series of Branch visits. Mike says, "I aim to visit all of Minster's Branches every 12/18 months and spend 1:1 time with each Franchisee listening to them talk about their business and answering any questions they may have. It is also useful to spend time talking through planned forthcoming changes in terms of our systems and processes. I have most recently visited two of our top performing branches and Franchisees who can also be challenging of me in terms of where the business is heading over the next few years – this is exactly how it should be. An open and heathly dialogue strengthens a business. It's a good refresher for me to hear about life at the sharp-end, we spend a good deal of time talking about customers as well as the Franchisees own business plans. Starting your own business or running your own business can be a lonely place, but not for a Minster Franchisee."
