Mike Parker, Minster Franchise's Managing Director says, "We are in the middle of running our Regional Franchisee meetings, having completed 2 out of 4, and they are proving just as popular as the last time we ran them with our Franchisees. To some extent I am not surprised. After all, the agenda is determined by the Franchisees themselves from across the entire network so we ensure we discuss the matters that are most important to them. Predominantly the topics relate to winning new customers and retaining our existing customers for even longer. These meetings are a good time for Franchisees to share best practice and to benchmark against each other to improve their own businesses."
Mike has been joined by Paul Stairmand, Minster's Marketing Manager, as well as other members of the Head Office support team at various points around the UK. Paul says, "I find the Regional meetings great fun and hard work at the same time. The topics discussed are keenly debated by the Franchisees – it is important to ensure that Franchisees who are naturally a bit quieter are engaged in order that all opinions are heard on the day. It is also nice to socialise with Franchisees after the meetings over a bite to eat and a few drinks in the evening."
