Minster Cleaning Services MD, Mike Parker, has been reflecting on another successful National Franchise meeting.
"This is my favourite meeting of the year" says Mike. "I really enjoy getting the Franchisees together on what I position as our least formal meeting of the year. Our other meetings, in January and October tend to be driven by a tight agenda and with 40/50 people in the room which can be a little intimidating for some Franchisees to openly contribute. The May meeting is centred around smaller discussion groups on specific topics often determined by Franchisees themselves in advance."
Topics for discussion this year included Successfully Increasing Lead Channels, Customer Care Approaches, and Workplace Pensions. In addition, all Minster Franchisees had the benefit of a sales training session delivered by an external trainer who helped deliver some new twists to this key topic.
Mike went on to say "The feedback received for this meeting was very good. I am delighted that our Franchisee team take a lot of useful tools and techniques away from the day. I even saw some Franchisees tee-ing off for golf early the next morning this was on the back of our boules competition the previous evening. The meeting was a good blend of work-hard play- hard, excellent."
