Minster franchisees have recently completed the 2017 feedback survey for the business. The results are in and Minsters' Franchise MD Mike Parker has been reviewing the results. He says, "The headline figures are very impressive – the overall score was 8.3 out of 10 with a net promoter score of 48%. People who recognise the NPS scoring process will understand this is a truly excellent score to receive, with our franchisees being very prepared to recommend Minster as a franchise to other people".
Mike also comments, "I am pleased to recognise and thank the Head Office support team who provide day to day support to the network, the standard of which is recognised in the scoring. I also wish to thank franchisees for taking the time and trouble to complete this year's survey".
