James bought the franchise as a going concern in 2005 when turnover was approximately £1million; since then it has grown every year which testimony to his management abilities and to the resilience of the Minster business model, even during an economic downturn. Turnover has now reached just over £2.2 million.
James was named Minster Cleaning Services ‘Franchisee of the Year’ for the branch’s performance in 2018. He also won this award in 2016.
James says, “I’m delighted to have received this award again. The business is growing by continuing to offer excellent service levels, value for money and a flexible service which is tailored to the individual needs of both existing and new clients.”
