"Planning for Minster's first Franchise meeting of 2014 is well under way", says Mike Parker, Minster Franchise's Managing Director. "I always enjoy the January meeting in particular. It provides the opportunity to reflect on the previous year and present awards to our best performing Minster Franchise Branches from 2013. I know from the year end numbers this will be a tight competition with so many Franchise Branches delivering double digit growth last year.
Mike also has some news to share with his Franchisees about how he is strengthening the Head Office support team. "We are adding two new managers to the team, one of which will be a surprise announcement at the meeting. I know this will delight many of the Minster Franchisees. I will also be presenting 20 Year Awards to three of our long standing Franchisees. This has always been a strength of Minster. We value long term relationships which is a key factor when I am looking a prospective new Franchisees wishing to join the Minster Franchise brand. Unbelievably, I will have a further two 20 Year Awards to present later in the year – fantastic!"
