Managing Director at Minster Cleaning, Mike Parker recently visited Martin Francis (right), franchise partner at the South Wales branch, to recognise his hattrick of success at the network’s 2021 awards.
Martin scooped Franchisee of the Year 2021 (overall winner), highest percentage growth in his branch size category and became a new member of the Minster Cleaning “One Million Pound” club.
Mike comments, “It was a pleasure to visit Martin at his branch and to present his awards to him in front of key members of his team. His growth achievements, despite the pandemic and its negative impacts on UK businesses, have been truly impressive.”
Mike also recently dropped into Minster Cleaning Coventry branch to congratulate franchise partner Russell Haines (left) on his deserved win of the network’s 2021 Marketing award. This year’s award was based on client satisfaction, given the increased importance of great service delivery during the pandemic.
Mike comments, “The branch uses our Net Promoter Score survey process to engage with their customers and it’s clear from the branch’s high Net Promoter Score, feedback response rate and volume of great feedback comments that customers are delighted with their service. It is particularly interesting that many of the favourable comments the branch received reflect the very values we promote as a network.”
