New franchisee training and support
Q. What training and ongoing support is offered?
A. You will have 1 week's initial training at our Birmingham Head Office covering operational aspects of running a Minster Cleaning Services business. You will then also receive structured visits within your branch from the Head Office support team members over a further 8 week period, plus ongoing support and guidance as required.
Q. What marketing support will I receive?
A. As the UK's largest commercial cleaning franchise, you'll have the support of a leading brand. Proven, successful marketing activities will help you make the most of the opportunities within your territory. From direct mail to a fully optimised corporate website, we use the latest practices and technology to support your franchise.
Q. Do I need any sector experience?
A. No sector experience is necessary. To make a successful franchisee you'll need management experience, determination, confidence and the ability to communicate with a wide range of existing and potential customers.
