Mike Parker has been Managing Director of Minster Cleaning since 2008
Supporting the Chairman and Directors, he is responsible for the day-to-day management of Minster Cleaning’s network support team and helping franchisees build their businesses. Mike will be with you throughout your journey to becoming a Minster Cleaning franchisee. Following your initial contact with us, you will meet with Mike for an informal chat. You will learn about us as a business and what we can provide for you.
When you have decided that you want to go ahead and become a franchisee, you will come to our Network Support Centre in Birmingham, and meet Mike, along with our Heads of Department and the rest of the team.
Mike believes that regularly engaging with franchisees has a huge role to play in supporting, training and motivating everyone across the business. We want our franchisees to know that they have someone to turn to when challenges emerge. Mike conducts regular branch visits, meeting with franchisees and their teams to discuss any issues or challenges, and to celebrate the wins.
We know our franchisees gain knowledge and understanding from meeting with each other, as well as the support they receive from us. National meetings are held twice a year which bring together franchisees from across the UK. Regional meetings are also held periodically.

Mike is a Qualified Franchise Professional (QFP) (awarded by the British Franchise Association), and an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Bankers (Banking). Mike has a Batchelor of Arts (BA) and Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from Warwick Business School, University of Warwick. Mike has 30 years’ experience with HSBC in various management roles including Marketing, Commercial and Retail Banking.
