Dan Williams has been Managing Director of Minster Cleaning since 2026
Supporting the Chairman and Directors, he is responsible for the day-to-day management of Minster Cleaning’s network support team and helping franchisees build their businesses. Dan will be with you throughout your journey to becoming a Minster Cleaning franchisee. Following your initial contact with us, you will meet with Dan for an informal chat. You will learn about us as a business and what we can provide for you.
When you have decided that you want to go ahead and become a franchisee, you will come to our Network Support Centre in Birmingham, and meet Dan, along with our Heads of Department and the rest of the team.
Dan places a strong emphasis on regular franchisee engagement, believing it is essential for delivering effective support, continuous training and long-lasting motivation. Dan works closely with franchisees and their teams to explore their challenges, share best practice and celebrate successes. His hands-on approach ensures every franchisee feels connected and supported throughout their journey.
We know our franchisees gain knowledge and understanding from meeting with each other, as well as the support they receive from us. National meetings are held yearly which bring together franchisees from across the UK. Regional meetings are also held periodically.

With extensive experience as a senior executive in major UK and international PLCs, Dan brings expert knowledge in business strategy, sales development, marketing, supply chain, procurement and multi-site operations. His strategic leadership and business insight help ensure that every Minster Cleaning franchisee has the tools, guidance and confidence needed to grow a resilient and profitable cleaning business.
