Damon took over as franchisee for the Bristol branch of Minster Cleaning Services in January 2016. Since then, the office cleaning franchise has won many new contracts as well as adding extra business from existing clients. Turnover over the last three years has increased by a staggering 75%.
It’s no wonder that Damon was presented with two awards at the Minster Cleaning Services annual awards. The first was for joining the ‘£1 Million Club’ and the second was for achieving the ‘Highest Percentage Growth’ award within his turnover category (£500k – £1million).
Damon says “I’m thrilled to have received these two awards. I have an excellent team here and the branch runs very smoothly. There is still plenty of scope for further growth in Bristol and we’re on course for another good year”
