Discovery Call
If you meet our application criteria, you will be invited to a discovery call with the franchise recruitment team. This is an opportunity for you to ask lots of questions about our business. It also gives us an opportunity to ask you about your background, experience and ambitions.

Prior to this call you, will be asked to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).

Discovery Meeting
The next step is to attend a discovery meeting, where you will meet the Managing Director to discuss the specific territory, financial models, financing options and the overall business support provided. The meeting lasts approximately two hours. The setting is friendly and informal and takes place at our Network Support Centre in Birmingham.

Research
We would then encourage you to conduct further research into a Minster Cleaning Franchise opportunity. We will send you our full franchise disclosure document, which includes our franchisees' details so you can contact them at your convenience to find out more.

Once you have completed your research and, if you would like to progress, we will arrange a final meeting back at our Network Support Centre in Birmingham to discuss the franchise agreement, training and start dates.

Final Meeting
The final meeting will be with the Managing Director and will also include the chance to meet with our 4 heads of department (Marketing, Operations, IT and Accounting) so you can get a good feel for the business.

Sign Franchise Agreement
We advise you to instruct a British Franchise Association (bfa) accredited solicitor to review the franchise agreement prior to signing.
